Carolyn was discovered in New York when she was 17 years old by a scout for Women Model Management. Carolyn's hair colour has changed many times, going from brown to bright red, and then to grey. In 1998 she won the Vogue/VH1 Model of the Year Award and she has appeared in the 1998 and 1999 Pirelli calendar. She starred in the film 'Liberty Heights'.
